Can I change my seat or reschedule?

Yes, up to 12 hours before departure, from your ticket detail. Rescheduling applies to departures of the same price.

How do refunds work?

More than 24 h before: 100%. Between 24 and 12 h: 75%. Less than 12 h, cancellation is not allowed. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Your digital QR is valid for boarding; the driver scans it. You can also download the PDF.

What if online tickets sell out?

For second class you can still buy in person at the office.
